Production Manager, Creative Services Department (2008 to present)
• Manage creation and traffic of web, email and digital in-theatre graphics of film key art and theatre promotions:
- 45 - 95 graphics per week, destined for upload onto (1) live website server, (2) ReflectView in-theatre digital
display system, and (3) ExactTarget mass email system;
- Request key art and stills from vendors through in-house Customer Relations department;
- Provide graphic file size and dimension requirements for film key art to 4-wall (rental) clients.
• Perform weekly updates of film engagement information on company website for 21 nationwide cinema markets:
- 7 - 10 films opening per week;
- Add and remove banners in market web pages for scheduled promotions;
- Post special in-person appearances on website with information from field representatives (3 - 6 per week);
- Maintain and update graphic and photo assets on company FTP site for in-house and client access.
• Create, edit and update HTML pages on website for all exhibited films, promotions and sweepstakes,
and theatre information for 50 venues. Create pages for in-theatre bars (currently 18) and film series events.
• Print files: proof InDesign layouts, color correct photos in Photoshop and correct spacing and alignments of
elements in film calendars (66 annually), business cards (30 - 40 annually), in-theatre displays (20 - 30 annually),
newspaper ads (80 - 120 annually) and magazine ads (8 - 10 annually). Files are output as PDFs and sent for
printing to outside vendors.
• Write and update instructions for Creative Services employee training manual.
• Update and maintain vendor information.
• Train new and current employees for weekly website updates and related tasks.
• Back up and archive Creative Services graphics and files.
Graphic Designer/Production Artist, Creative Services (1998 to 2008)
• Created display ads, film calendars, flyers, web pages and graphics, artwork for FiLM magazine, CD design,
in-theatre signage and POP displays for 21 nationwide cinema markets.
• Proofed design layouts and sent print jobs to outside vendors.
